In this issue of the newsletter, we begin with a column by our society’s President, Stark Draper. We congratulate the new members in the Board of Governors and also the named lecturers of 2025 (including Padovani Lecturer, Goldsmith Lecturer and Distinguished Lecturers). Next, we present a report on the workshops organized at ISIT 2024. Further, we have three reports of various events organized by members and chapters of our society: (i) Report on AICIT 2024 (ii) Report on 6G-PHYSEC Training School at Linköping University and (iii) Report on International Workshop on New Information Coding Technologies and Applications. With sadness, we include a tribute to Yi Jiang who passed away this October. Subsequently, we provide the minutes from the Board of Governors meeting held in October. We also feature the call for ISIT/ITW proposals. As usual, we conclude with the call for papers and conference calendar.

Any formats (plain text, LaTeX, and word files) are allowed; do not worry about fonts or layout as this will be taken care of by us. Electronic photos and graphics should be in high resolution and sent as separate files.
