The Year 2025 marks 75 years after the first known information theory symposium was held in the Lecture Theatre of the Royal Society, Burlington House, London, September 26-29, 1950.

To celebrate this important milestone, we are inviting all members of the Â鶹´«Ã½AV Information Theory Society to help us create a picture mosaic of our members. For this purpose, we have employed the Picture Mosaics Company and some examples of their work can be found .Ìý

For those who will attend ISIT 2025 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, there will be an opportunity to take your picture either solo or in a group and mount it on to the picture mosaic wall (available between June 23 and June 26). To prepopulate the mosaic beforehand, we need about 1500 photos uploaded onto our digital picture mosaic. See some examples by the company .
