The Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV Information Theory Society Bylaws provide that six new members shall be elected
annually to the Board of Governors. The names of the twelve nominees listed on the ballot were selected by the Nominations and Appointments Committee and the Board of Governors. On the ballot card, names are listed in randomized order, no preference is intended.
Eligible voting members for this election include current Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV Information Theory Society
members with active membership as of 5 September 2025. Student Members are ineligible to
vote.
This year’s election continues to offer an electronic balloting option. If you would like to cast
your ballot electronically, you will need your Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV Account username/password. If you do not
remember your account information, you may retrieve it on the voter login page.
Please vote for UP TO SIX candidates.  Voting must be completed no later than 6 November 2025. Any returns received after this date will not be counted. The online voting site will close at 4:00 pm Eastern Time.
All Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV candidates and voting members shall adhere to the Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV Policies and guidelines.
